I have been made redundant as the company I worked for has gone in to receivership.I am due 12 weeks pilon.I have worked for three weeks and received jobseekers allowance when I was not working.The pilon will be reduced by the amount that I have earned and claimed.Can I,therefore,claim the amount deducted by the government from the administrators of the company as a preferential creditor?

Firstly apologies for the length of this post and I will not be offended if you get bored and stop reading!

I am quite confused and concerned about the holiday pay arrangement with my agency. Its impossible to get a straight answer out of them so I have no idea if they are just thick or acting in an underhand manner.

Sorry if this is in the wrong place.

I have recently gone back to work full time after having a year off due to a car crash and I am still struggling with my injuries and I have had to have quite a few days off recently.

I was wondering is it possible to reduce my hours at work but make up my pay in some sort of benefit? I cant really afford to reduce my hours and be paid less as I have bills to pay but I am also in pain and finding it difficult to work full time at the moment.
