A question about : Parking fine at Bracknell station

My vehicle (not company or hire car) was parked in Bracknell station car park and was ticketed by CP Plus. I've been doing my reading as I've been told to () but wanted to ask a quick question.

A question about : Private Parking Tickets discussion

My Daughter parked her car in her works car park, her car is registered and monies deducted from her wages to pay for parking there, she was given a parking sticker for her car, this didn't fit in the clear plastic pocket that was provided for it to slip into on her car windscreen, therefore she had the sticker on her dashboard.

The car park is barriered, entry gained with a card specifically for staff to use the car park.

A question about : ARPR NtK Received after 14 days.

Hi,

Hypothetically, if someone received a NtK 45 days after the alleged incident having never received a ticket on the day of the alleged incident, would they just write an appeal letter stating:

The Notice to Keeper (NtK) was not issued within 14 days of the alleged incident and you have therefore failed to comply with the statutory requirements of PoFA and therefore the registered keeper cannot be held legally liable for the driver’s debt.

A question about : Really need help. ParkingTicketAppeals have left us with a huge bill!

Long story short, on November 25th my mum (who is a disabled pensioner) was sent a charge by UKPC for overtsaying a 3 hour stay by 22 minutes.
She was worried sick about this charge so I said I'd sort things out for her.

A question about : Ticket from ANPR Ltd

Hi All
I got a notice today from the above company for parking on private land without a permit. Not clear at all from the signage as I have been parking there for 4 years and the bloke must have been standing near me as I only parked there at 1.15 and he put the ticket on at 1.18!
Anyway I have read the advice and just wanted to check whether I wait for the written notice to come in the post from ANPR before I go onto the next stage? I am guessing from previous threads that they are?

A question about : Cm services parking tickets

Hi everyone.
I have read the previous threads on parking tickets but am still confused.
I was issued a parking ticket last week whilst parking in an unmarked bay at my local cinema. This was due to there being no available parking spaces and I had tickets booked at the cinema.
