  • When it comes to matters financial, it is probably fair to say that most UK consumers (MSE-ers aside) are vulnerable people.
    I think, in rip-off Britain, the level of customer service is low and customer care, in the genuine sense of the expression, is vitrually absent if it gets in the way of taking our money.
