A question about : 2.9% promotional rate on AMEX gold

Thought I'd share this with the forums..

A while ago, I got a letter from AMEX offering me a promotional 2.9% APR interest rate on balance transfers for 6 months.

I took advantage (as 2.9% is less than my mortgage rate!) and transferred 10k using up most of my credit limit. My 6 months is up in February, however yesterday AMEX sent me ANOTHER letter offering me the same - 6 months@2.9% valid until November!

Im going to see if AMEX will give me any more credit limit, but if not, I'll just pay off the Ј10k onto another card, and then balance transfer it back in again to get another 6 months!
